Registration packets for the 2016-2017 school year will be available March 1, 2016. Students must be 5 on or before September 1, 2016 in order to enroll in kindergarten.

Music & Masterpieces Art Event!

On May 26th the Murdock school grounds will be turned into a virtual gallery of the arts.  This year the annual event is appropriately titled “Music and Masterpieces”. Our students will have on display their artwork that they have created throughout the year with the help of teachers and PTA sponsored Art Docents.

What is an evening of the arts without music? And nowhere else in our school district but Murdock Elementary has a Music Program! Yes, if you didn’t get that, we are the ONLY school in our district that has a dedicated music program and it is fully funded by your donations to the Murdock PTA.  Throughout the evening our Music Teacher-Extraordinaire, Mrs. Valdez will lead students thru singing, music and even a little bit of choreography! Below are the times for each grades performances:
5:30  Kinders 

5:45  1st Grade

6:00 2nd Grade

6:15 3rd Grade

6:30 4th Grade

6:45 5th & 6th Grade
All 1st Graders will be performing with their grade.  
Mrs Lincoln's 4th graders will perform with 5th & 6th

There will be a sign-up link for volunteer assistance and/or items needed for the event posted shortly on the PTA website.  Any help you can give is always appreciated. All PTA events are solely volunteer and donation supported!
